Eitrium appoints new Chief Executive Officer!

As a part of the effort of improving Eitrium’s operations across its business units as well as expansion of the strategic and operational work within the group, Johan Sjölander has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of Eitrium (CEO). Johan takes on the role of CEO after having been a part of the company’s management team as COO from November 2022.

Eitrium has acquired all shares in Minitech AS and its subsidiary Minitech Sweden AB, a manufacturer of medical heating products intended for medical purposes as well as outdoor activity. The sellers will continue to operate Minitech AS and Minitech Sweden AB to ensure the continuation of its way of doing business.

Eitrium has acquired all shares in Eliasson Plast AB, a Swedish manufacturer of plastic products within packaging and plant growing industries. The sellers, the Eliasson-family, will continue to operate Eliasson Plast AB to ensure the continuation of its way of doing business.

Eitrium has acquired all shares in Ab Keymet Oy, a metal company specializing in the electronics and aerospace industries. The sellers have reinvested part of their purchase price in Eitrium and will continue to run the company.

Eitrium acquires Ilmeg Products AB, a manufacturer of dust collectors

Eitrium has acquired all shares in Ilmeg Products AB, a world-leading Swedish manufacturer of dust collectors, primarily for the mining industry. The sellers Magnus and Marie-Louise Eriksson have - via their company Granitstenen Förvaltnings AB - reinvested part of their purchase price in Eitrium and will continue to operate Ilmeg Products AB.

Eitrium has acquired all the shares in Mora Contract Manufacturing AB, a Swedish manufacturer of metal components for telecommunications masts. The seller Jan Larsson has - via his company Skytteln AB - reinvested part of his purchase price in Eitrium and will continue in the role of CEO.

Eitrium acquires the plastic injection molding company Werinova AB

Eitrium has acquired 100% of the shares in the plastic injection molding company Werinova AB. The sellers - Camilla and Jimmy Ågren have chosen to reinvest part of the purchase price in Eitrium via their company Selvaggio AB - and thus become partners in the company.
