Eitrium has acquired all shares in Ilmeg Products AB, a world-leading Swedish manufacturer of dust collectors, primarily for the mining industry. The sellers Magnus and Marie-Louise Eriksson have - via their company Granitstenen F\u00f6rvaltnings AB - reinvested part of their purchase price in Eitrium and will continue to operate Ilmeg Products AB.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

Ilmeg is one of few manufacturers in the world of dust collectors intended for use especially in rock drilling. The Nyk\u00f6ping-based company was founded in 1971, and has since 2005 been owned by the current owners who with great success have developed the company into a market leader with its niche product with well-established customers around the world. The dust collectors have a patented technology that enables cleaning of the filter in dust collectors during use, which creates a more efficient way of working for the mining and construction industry. In 2021, the company had sales of approximately SEK 34 million and generated an EBITDA of approximately SEK 10 million.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n \u201cIlmeg is an incredibly niche and innovative product company in a stable market driven by the growing need for metals, where the owners has embarked on a fantastic journey and we are incredibly happy to be able to support Ilmeg in its continued development.
