Eitrium has acquired all shares in Ab Keymet Oy, a metal company specializing in the electronics and aerospace industries. The sellers have reinvested part of their purchase price in Eitrium and will continue to run the company.<\/b><\/p>\n

Keymet is a subcontractor of metal products, primarily for the electronics and aerospace industries, where the company manufactures smaller series of niche metal products including plates, frames, panels and spectrometer boxes. The Jakobstad-based company was founded in 2006, and is run by Janne V\u00e4h\u00e4kangas, who has developed the company with great success. Today, the company offers the entire value chain for manufacturing. In 2021, the company had sales of approximately EUR 4.4 million and generated an EBITDA of approximately EUR 1.3 million.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n \u201cKeymet is a fantastically well-run and professional company, with a very competent and driven management. They work with the most demanding customers in advanced industries such as the aerospace industry, which places the highest demands on precision in manufacturing and tight tolerances.
