The sellers, the Eliasson-family, will <\/strong><strong>continue to operate Eliasson Plast AB to ensure the continuation of its way of doing business.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Den Bor\u00e5sbaserade verksamheten har funnits sedan 1976, d\u00e4r fokus historiskt har legat p\u00e5 emballageprodukter som lock, pluggar och gavlar till kartonghylsor. Dessa produkter \u00e4r idag fortfarande en viktig produktgrupp men har sedan dess kompletterats med egna produkter inom v\u00e4xtodlingsindustrin och genom legotillverkning. De nuvarande \u00e4garna har med stor framg\u00e5ng utvecklat f\u00f6retaget till en marknadsledare med v\u00e4letablerade kunder. Under 2021 omsatte bolaget cirka 47 miljoner kronor och genererade en EBITDA p\u00e5 cirka 11 miljoner kronor.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are very pleased to have the opportunity to acquire Eliasson Plast AB, which further strengthens our position within plastic goods and product development, to the great benefit of all Eliasson\u2019s customers who need to secure its supply chain in today\u2019s volatile markets.
