In 1965, Eliasson Plast started as a department within a family-owned cardboard casing company. 20 years later in 1976, an independent company was established through a merger of two paper sleeve companies' injection molding departments. The focus was then on packaging products such as lids, plugs and ends for cardboard sleeves. Today, these products are still a large product group, but have been supplemented with the companies own products in the plant growing industry and by the manufacture of subcontracted products within the most diverse product groups.
