Eitrium has acquired all the shares in Mora Contract Manufacturing AB, a Swedish manufacturer of metal components for telecommunications masts. The seller Jan Larsson has - via his company Skytteln AB - reinvested part of his purchase price in Eitrium and will continue in the role of CEO.
Mora Contract Manufacturing AB is a manufacturer of metal components for telecommunication masts based in Mora and also manufactures its own products such as ice scrapers, grooves and roof mounts. The company was founded in 1965 and is today a well-established company in its niche with customers around the world. In 2021, the company had sales of SEK 58 million and generated an EBITDA of SEK 8 million.
“Jan is a very skilled entrepreneur who runs a very good company. Mora Contract Manufacturing with its expertise in the metal industry is an excellent addition to Eitrium and is the second company to manufacture metal products that Eitrium acquires. We are growing rapidly in all our segments and look forward to growing even further, ”says Per Brugge, CEO of Eitrium.
The seller Jan Larsson has on several occasions been awarded for his achievements. Among other things, he was twice been named entrepreneur of the year in Mora, Gasell three times by Dagens Industri and this year's super company by Veckans Affärer.
